CINCINNATI -- The Los Angeles Dodgers have activated right-hander Bud Norris from the 15-day disabled list in time to start Friday night against Cincinnati.Left-hander Adam Liberatore also came off the 15-day DL. Pitchers Casey Fien and Ross Stripling were optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City.Norris had been on the disabled list since Aug. 6 with a mid-back strain. He was acquired by the Dodgers from Atlanta in a June 30 trade.Liberatore had been sidelined since Aug. 3 with left elbow inflammation.Fien was reinstated from the disabled list on Tuesday and made two scoreless appearances during the Dodgers series in Philadelphia.
